There are many factors that need to be considered when undertaking a new gate installation. At Pearly Gate we have over 20 years experience in the automated gate industry and managing a project from concept to completion is our area of expertise.

Over the years we have coordinated many projects that required a number of key tradesmen to provide their specialist services. The process starts with design, incorporating safety as a key feature to remove risks where possible. This will also include a site survey, where issues such as the layout; services and access control will be discussed and resolved. As soon as the design is approved, the gate installation planning activities will be agreed with time scales.

We oversee the on-site gate installation process, ensuring the gates are fitted to plan and operate as per specification. After snagging and site clearance have been completed, the gates are handed over. Finally the warranty is put in place and a maintenance programme suggested.

Having made a substantial investment in the project, making sure you have the right support for the future enables you to have years of trouble free and safe use from your gates.
