Over 18 years in the automation industry.

My experience in that time has ranged from the installation of a wide range of automated gates, working with a plethora of manufactures, through to the maintenance protocols of all of the systems I have managed.

I am 16^th edition electrically qualified, as well as having worked on the fabrication and design side of gate maintenance and installation.

Having run teams of engineers for many years I have an excellent understanding of the safety requirements to gate systems (as per the HSE’s recommendations), with certificate of training under the Door and Hardware Federation (DHF)

As a father, I am fastidious regarding gate safety, ensuring that where possible gate systems are children friendly.
